Just saying, why aren't there many athletes who are "native" Indonesians, and so are some other occupations like entrepreneurs. I know most people seeks things like "kemapanan". From the beginning to now on people tend to follow the system. I am not saying its bad, because they do well in that system. Things are different with people who don't really follow the system, but they fight hard for it, right from the beginning. They know they have less chance to reach comfort zone by doing so, but this what makes them have extraordinary working spirit. They are willing to take the risk.
In some ways, Indonesia should thank its minority group because they dare to take the out of comfort zone
